90-Day Transformation
In this edition of Digging Deeper, we’re going to deviate a little from our typical format, because today I get to unveil a project that my team has been planning on your behalf for over a year. It has taken every ounce of discipline I have to not spill the beans early on this, and there have been so many times I wanted to give you a preview of what was coming! But, it’s finally time for me to share the fun news and announce our 90-Day Transformation. Let’s take a look at what it is, why we’re doing it, how it works, and what’s in it for you:
What is it?
The 90-Day Transformation will focus on how to start where you are and with who you are to follow a life-changing three month total experience to create the personal confidence and results you want from your direct sales business, which in turns fuels your dream life! I’ll be sharing a blueprint of exactly what I did to create my own personal success and providing it as a repeatable process to help you shorten the timeframe to your desired results: cash and control.  The 90-Day Transformation will feature:

Why am I doing it? And, why now?
I’m fully aware that this may sound totally cheesy, but I mean it from the bottom of my heart when I tell you that I am completely passionate about helping you create long-term, sustainable success for your family. I also fully believe that the direct sales and network marketing industry is a platform that anyone and everyone – yes, normal everyday people just like you and me – can use to create that desired outcome. But I do realize that there are many different skill sets one must master to create long-term success, and the skills needed to create success in life don’t come automatically. When we’re starting from square one, trying to take ourselves from “zero to hero†in this industry can be an overwhelming thought, especially when we can’t afford to ignore all of our other ongoing responsibilities in life, such as jobs, kids, busy schedules, and finances. So, I set out to create a curriculum that busy professionals could follow, with just a few hours of commitment per week around all of those other responsibilities, to position you for success in this industry – which will then position you for success in life.
I am eager to see what an entire community of committed, like-minded people can truly accomplish with focus, support, hard work, commitment and passion in a 90-day time frame.  I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of feeling the frustration that comes from knowing what you want but not being able or willing to put that desire in action.  It’s so easy to get stuck on collecting ideas as personal development junkies, and this is my solution to help you bust through those barriers and obstacles in a way that will change you so indelibly that you’ll never go back to those same old excuses. It’s not a magic, one-time fix because the hard truth is that we don’t work that way.  BUT, it can be the tool that dislodges you from mediocrity once and for all and sets you on a path where you will truly never be the same!
My objective is that by the time you complete the 90-Day Transformation, if you stick with me and follow my step-by-step instructions, you will have greater levels of confidence, awareness, and skill mastery then you’ve ever known. You won’t simply have a hunger for success, you’ll have a deep understanding of how to create that success, and you’ll be well on your way to creating that success for your family…with actual results to prove it!
What we’ll cover:
Here is a sneak peak at some of the topics we’ll work through during the 90-Day Transformation. Yes, we will cover the fundamentals of goal setting, mindset, and time management. We’ll also work through the mundane tasks of office management, organization, and paperwork management. Next, we’ll move into the meat and potatoes skills, like building your network, establishing credibility and building a reputation of integrity, and working the numbers. Then we’ll study some more advanced skills: mastering the invitation process so that your prospects actually show up, presentation mastery (in sharing both your product and your business opportunity), strong event/presentation close, the art and skill of follow-up, overcoming objections, building a strong team, becoming a strong leader, and sustaining long-term growth and success. Finally, we’ll wrap up with how to stay motivated and how to get back up when you fall down.
How to participate:
Registration for the 90-Day Transformation will officially open on March 23, and you’ll receive an email with access to enter your information in the sign-up form. Then the program kicks off with a conference call on April 4, which is the day we will send out resource site access, a schedule of events and training, along with everything you’ll need to know to have a killer, full experience. All of it will be loaded to the resource site, so it’s okay if you can’t participate in everything live over the 90 days.   Also, make sure you’re on Facebook, because there will be several components of the experience that will be shared through my page.  To find me, just search for “Allison LaMarr†under Facebook Pages and then click the “like†button. (Note: This is different than my personal page. It is not necessary to send me a friend request as we will not be using my personal page for this program.)
